Our journey begins once you purchase the $100 project deposit to secure your spot on our schedule. You can view our various item prices here. This deposit is meant to hold your spot and it’s value will go toward your final project cost. The remaining balance will be invoiced after we receive your flowers.

<h3>Send in Your Flowers</h3>

After securing your booking, you’ll either drop off or ship your bouquet to our Chicago studio using the detailed instructions provided. Please include your completed client form — either printed inside your package or emailed to us in advance — as we’re unable to begin the preservation process without it.

<h3>Arrival & Intake</h3>

Once your flowers arrive, our team carefully reviews every detail to ensure all information is complete. Your bouquet is then photographed, cataloged into our client tracker, and handled with care from the moment it enters our studio. You’ll receive a confirmation message once we’ve safely received your blooms.

<h3>Drying & Prep</h3>

Your bouquet begins its transformation through our meticulous drying process. Using proprietary studio methods, we preserve each flower’s color, structure, and delicate texture — laying the foundation for your timeless keepsake.

<h3>Design & Color Correction</h3>

Once dried, your blooms are thoughtfully arranged according to your chosen layout. Subtle color enhancements or touch-ups may be made to ensure a natural, life-like appearance that reflects the beauty of your original bouquet.

<h3>Resin Casting</h3>

Your design is cast in resin within a carefully controlled, dust-free environment. Each layer is poured and cured with precision, achieving the crystal-clear, bubble-free finish that defines our work and gives every piece its luxurious depth.

<h3>Finishing Touches</h3>

After curing, your piece is delicately demolded, sanded, and polished by hand to achieve a smooth, glass-like surface. Every edge and detail is refined to meet our studio’s exacting quality standards.

<h3>Final Hand-Off</h3>

Once your keepsake is complete, we’ll confirm your shipping details and arrange delivery or studio pickup. Each piece is carefully packaged, accompanied by care instructions and cleaning recommendations to help your preserved florals remain beautiful for generations.
