As early as possible! We accept a limited number of projects each month, and popular dates fill quickly. Ideally, you would reserve your spot 1–3 months before your event.

Once your flowers arrive at our studio, we’ll send your invoice. The remaining payment is due within two weeks of receiving it.
-
The $100 deposit is non-refundable, as it secures your spot in our booking calendar and covers initial materials and preparation for your project.

The standard large trays are 0.5 inches thick and made entirely of resin. They don’t have a lip or edge, so if you place something like lipstick on the tray, it would easily roll off. In contrast, the acrylic trays are true 2-inch acrylic trays with resin poured into them. These trays have a lip, ensuring that anything you place inside won't roll off. You can view this listing, which provides a clearer view of the acrylic tray.

Yes! Even if your event has already passed, we can still accept your flowers up to 4 days after the event. Please message us first to confirm availability before sending your bouquet.

Our standard turnaround time is up to 6 months, depending on the season. During peak wedding months (May–October), orders usually take the full 6 months due to the higher volume of projects. For events outside of that busy season, turnaround is often a bit quicker.

With the right care, your keepsakes are made to be cherished for many years and even passed down through generations.
That said, resin naturally develops a soft amber tone over time, as it’s part of the aging process of the material. We use high-quality, UV-resistant resin to help slow this change and keep your piece looking beautiful for as long as possible. To preserve its clarity, avoid placing your piece in direct sunlight or near heat sources.
