Reserve Your Date
Begin by submitting an inquiry to confirm availability. Once your date is approved, your $100 deposit officially reserves your place on our calendar and gives you access to detailed local drop-off instructions. After checkout, you’ll receive download links to:

Drop Off or Ship Your Flowers
Bring your bouquet or floral arrangements to our Chicago studio as soon as possible after your wedding or event. Your drop-off instructions will explain how to prepare your flowers, where to bring them, and what information to include so we can match them with your preservation order.
Can’t make the trip yourself? A trusted friend, family member, wedding planner, florist, or courier may drop off your bouquet on your behalf as long as the flowers arrive with your finished client form.
Your Flowers Become Lasting Art
Once your flowers arrive, we carefully photograph and catalog your bouquet and confirm that it has been safely received. Each bloom is then professionally dried and prepared before being thoughtfully arranged, with subtle color correction applied when needed to preserve the natural beauty of your original bouquet.
We collaborate with you throughout the process to confirm final arrangement and design for your pieces. Your design is then cast in crystal-clear resin, layer by layer, then carefully demolded, sanded, polished, and inspected by hand to create a beautifully finished keepsake.
Receive Your Finished Keepsakes
Once your custom pieces are complete, we’ll notify you and arrange pickup from our Chicago studio. Finished orders can also be shipped directly to you.
Whether you’re located in Chicago or visiting from the surrounding suburbs, our goal is to make preserving your flowers feel simple, personal, and thoughtfully guided from the moment they arrive.

Drop-offs are only available at our Studio by appointment on Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays from 10am – 3pm. Please text or call us on the day of drop-off with your estimated time of arrival.

We can accept flowers up to 4 days after an event. Please message us first to confirm availability before sending your bouquet.

Yes! A trusted friend, family member, wedding planner, florist, or courier may drop off your bouquet on your behalf as long as the flowers arrive with your finished client form. Flowers cannot be processed without this form. If you do not have access to a printer, feel free to email the client form back to us.

Yes! We work with clients across the U.S. You’ll receive step-by-step shipping instructions after booking, including how to safely pack your flowers and purchase an overnight label via PirateShip to save on shipping costs.
